About this badge
This course builds upon the content introduced in Portuguese to English Legal Translation I. It also provides a brief explanation of the concept of jurisdiction and the structure of the Brazilian judicial branch, as well as an overview of the Constitution of Brazil and infra-constitutional legislation, both codified and uncodified. Exercises make use of current documents drawn from an array of sources and branches of law to polish translation skills and to address problematic terminology and structures.
