About this badge

This course is for those at an advanced level who wish to focus exclusively on advancing their speaking skills in Persian/Farsi. In class, you have the opportunity to read, listen to, and watch a variety of authentic materials: political and social articles, short stories, classic and contemporary poems, music, and great Iranian films. These activities are followed by rigorous discussions and Q&A. This course focuses on topics relevant to student interests and objectives, and the aim is to help you to express yourself in Persian with more ease, improve your pronunciation, use grammar correctly, build your vocabulary, and develop more fluid conversational skills on a variety of subjects while learning more about Iranian people and culture. You have the option of meeting for the last session at a Persian restaurant, and this expense is not included in the course tuition.
