In this course, which builds upon Level III, deepen your knowledge of grammatical structures such as subjunctive, passive, conditionals, and usage of clauses, while practicing more complex sentences. Observe and learn how native Persian speakers use object pronoun endings on verbs. Continue to practice Persian in a cultural context, discussing everyday topics with an emphasis on formal versus spoken language forms. Topics include Persian holidays and traditions, food and cooking, hobbies, and sports. By the end of this course, have the language mastered at an elementary level and possess the skills to move to the intermediate level on the ACTFL scale.
