About this badge

Journalism translators learn to work with a wide variety of topics, such as the economy, entertainment, and local and international news; formats including editorials, letters, and interviews; and styles, such as classifieds, ads, and headlines found in daily and weekly newspapers. Practice Brazilian Portuguese writing skills by summarizing assigned readings in both Brazilian Portuguese and English. This course combines translation work, writing, grammar, and style exercises/reviews.
