About this badge

Strengthen your command of French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and speech—and heighten your understanding of French culture. Through topical weekly readings, tackle a variety of challenging political, social, and cultural subjects. During the semester, give two brief presentations on a subject of your choice; classmates respond with questions or challenges to your ideas. This lively experience raises your spoken French so you are capable of expressing complex ideas in the language. Classes are conducted in French.
