Whether you're working on a new script, finishing an existing one, or pitching Hollywood or the independent filmmaking market, this course will help you to improve your screenplay. Class time is devoted to workshopping sections of student scripts; in-class exercises; and lectures on creating and improving premise, developing interesting characters, strengthening structure, crafting an effective plot, and improving dialogue. Class participation is essential.
